По случай сезона на черешите, реших първият ми кулинарен пост да бъде сладък, бърз, лесен и плодов.

И нека да поясня, че аз съм любител кулинар и идеите, които ще споделям с вас на тази тема са взаимствани от мрежата и с времето някои от тях са променени спред вкуса ми. В никакъв случай не съм специалист, обичам простите и бързи рецепти. За мен готвенето е хоби, което открих съвсем скоро, благодарение на пандемята наречена Ковид 19. Във времето на глобална криза, трябва да бъдем позитивни и да преоткриваме себе си.  

Но толкова за световните проблеми. Нека да се върнем към храната. За себе си открих, че готвенето ми доставя голямо удоволствие особено, когато приготвям нещо сладичко.. Та така, в този пост ще ви разкрия тайната за най-бързият тарт или по скоро галет, тъй като не е прецизен като тарт, но се приготвя на подобен принцип. И не се притеснявайте ако готвенето не е силната ви страна..с тази рецепта няма как да сгрешите.

Тартът се състои от маслена основа плодов пълнеж. За основата ще са ви необходими седните съставки:

  • 230 гр. бяло брашно
  • 80 гр. краве масло (на стайна температура)
  • 1 яйце
  • 1 ч.л. бакпулвер
  • 3 с.л. вода

За пълнежа можете да използвате всякакви сезонни плодове. В случая, ще са ни необходими:

  • 500 гр. череши
  • 150 гр. захар
  • 1 п. Ванилена захар (може да се замени с ванилия)
  • 3 с.л нишесте (царевично или друг неутрален вкус)

Първата и най-важна стъпка при работата с брашно е да го пресеем. Вземете дъбока купа и в нея пресейте брашното.

Към него добавете бакпулвера и маслото, като го нарежете на малки кубчета. Маслото трябва да е меко.

Започнете да смесвате брашното и маслото с ръце до появата на ронливо тесто или по-просто казано докато придобие вид на трохи.

В отделен съд разбийте яйцето, като към него прибавете 3 супени лъжици студена вода.

Добре разбитото яйце се добавя към брашното и с ръце се оформя до консистенцията на тесто. Разточва се с дебелина около 1 см и се премества в тава или форма за печене, като размерът е по ваш избор. Аз използвам форма с размери 30х20 см.

И така… тестото се поставя във формата като се стараете да покриете и стените. Надупчва се с вилица и се поставя в хладилник за 30 мин.

Докато тестото престоява в хладилника, измийте и почистете черешите. Поставете ги в купа и към тях добавете захарта и нишестето, и разбъркайте добре. В случая може да поставите черешите на котлона за десетина минути до омекването им или да ги добавите сурови. Лично аз, когато приготвям този сладкиш с по-твърди плодове, обичам да ги оставям на котлон за малко, за да съм сигурна, че няма да останат хрупкави. В случаите, когато го приготвям с ягоди или горски плодове, винаги ги слагам сурови. Всеки път сладкишът се получава прекрасно. Всичко е въпрос на предпочитания. Ако нямате излишно време за губене можете и директно да ги прибавите към тестото.

Включете фурната предварително на 180 градуса и печете за 40 минути или докато тестото придобие златист цвят а плодовете се вгъстят.

И така… оставете сладкишът да изстине и сервирайте с топка ванилов сладолед. Ще останете изумени, колко вкусен е всъщност този толкова обикновен десерт.
